Applying the gel

Brush a thin layer of gel onto the front of each tooth — avoid the gums.
Whitening
Fit the mouthpiece and press the button to power on the BLK Light 2.0.
Whiten for 25 minutes — the built-in timer powers off automatically.
Rinse, and avoid food & drink for 30 minutes. Repeat daily for 7–10 days.
